Thanks for the review. A 2 star review is pretty damaging to a plugin. Especially when you have an open support request.
Consider holding off your review until we have a chance to help you. And then maybe consider a different rating.

Sorry you did not get the value out of our free version. Our Pro version is $29.
After building MLFP for 2 years we can say it’s no simple feat do to this.
Best of luck but I think a 1 star is a bit rough just because it doesn’t work for you. It’s pretty hurtful to a plugin dev. Especially when we have worked so hard to earn the 4 and 5 star reviews before yours.
