This placement injects ads into the activity stream as well as into the group streams. You can set after how many items in the stream the ad should be inserted.

Im using adsense, I have the inject into stream after 1 entry, this does work but it does not stay, when the page is refreshed the ad disappears, why?

It would be nice to have the option of using v3 or v2. That way the end-user can evaluate if v3 is worth the performance trade-off.
