Again check to database name and created user for database password. Then put don’t change local host. It will work.

I am also facing this issue. My site speed was 1 sec and now it reaches at 60 s

I will suggest you use WP Fastest Cache plugin for site speed and auto clear cache. By the way W3 Total Cache clear posts cache on update or publish a post.
