In reply to: [SnapID Two-Factor Authentication] SnapID stopped respondingHi Terpitude,
Sorry, just seeing this now. There was another report of this issue and I believe the SnapID API team has fixed the issue. Can you confirm that it is working or not for you now? Thanks!

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] No Plugin Options after Adding AppHi Heather,
Do you see a Facebook Login button? Should either saying Login or Logout. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see?
-Mike
Yes, that sounds correct. This approval process is all new from Facebook, but that sounds right.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Multile Public Pages?Hi, each shortcode is per album, not all public page. You would need to use the shortcodes of the albums you want on a page. Albums aren’t added automatically, you need to sync them with WordPress.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Multile Public Pages?Sure, in the shortcode you can add limit=”5″ and it will only show five. You can also set in the shortcode order=”asc” or order=”desc”. That should do what you are looking for.
Hi, at this point you are the creator of the “App” which you use with the plugin. I do not maintain a FB App with the plugin. Hope that helps.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Multile Public Pages?Hi, you can import your albums for each and then put the shortcode on a page representing each region. Does that work for you?
-Mike
you need to put your app in for review now. follow the directions in the link that is in the message. this is something new that facebook has implemented in last few months due to all the data leaking controversy.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Access this DataHi all, closing this ticket as FB has a new error message in place for Apps that aren’t verified. Now the process includes verifying your App with Facebook.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Unable to import albums from public pageHi all, unfortunately there is not much I can do about this without rewriting most of the plugin which I really don’t have time to do. And I’m actually really tired of Facebook changing things with no regard for backwards compatibility (which means, every time they change something, I have to hurry up and change things in the plugin to make it work again).
Facebook has been cracking down more and more over the years on how you can access their Open Graph API. When I first wrote this plugin 4 years ago, it was dead easy (you didn’t even need to create a FB App!). Now with recent events and Facebook under fire, they’ve locked it down even more. So now it appears you need an SSL certificate (HTTPS, which honestly, you really should have anyway now that you can easily get free ones) and the “Access to this data…” error, which I see intermittently.
If I stop replying to this thread, please do not take offense: there is just not much I can do for you immediately to resolve the issues you are facing.

In reply to: [FB Photo Sync] Unable to import albums from public pageHi AJ,
Yes, this affects all public pages. Personal photos can still be imported, but public pages cannot until Facebook decides what they are going to do.
