Hey @pieter and @doctormason, sorry for not being able to update it on time, been dealing with stuff lately and couldn’t manage to give it time.

To make it up, I’ve just pushed an update with the following changes:

– Recaptcha Support
– Honeypot field
– Compatibility with the latest version of Sendy

Also, going ahead, I’ll be adding support for custom fields.

We’re using the latest version of Style Kits/Elementor/Elementor Pro on our production site without any issues. The error you described, is most likely to be caused by JavaScript. Can you open your browser console and see if notice any errors?

Thanks for writing in and I totally understand your concern. I’d be happy to explain it:

How it works:

The way Elementor’s API works is, when we add our panels in Elementor’s page settings, they automatically become a part of the page and generates CSS for each page, automatically. Even in case of Global Style Kit set.

What are we doing about it?

Performance is definitely on our radar and it’s definitely our <b>main focus</b> going ahead. We’re working through to change how to Style Kit panel settings are saved inside Elementor and then generate a stylesheet for each Style Kit separately and simply enqueue it on the pages as per user preference.

While we don’t have any ETA on it yet, this is what we’ve planned to do going ahead. I hope it clears things a bit.

Hi @parhamm, appreciate you for taking time to clarify things.

To make things clear, note that on plugin activation, we make API request to fetch templates info that stores our library info for displaying templates information. While that’s not persistent on each load, it fetches that info when you activate the plugin that might take a few seconds.

Other than that, what all our plugin does is that it adds some extra functionality to Elementor editor, which during our stress tests proved to be around 100-150ms delay while loading Elementor. We do not interact with any other functionalities other than Elementor.

Again, if you still think our plugin is causing delays any more than this then I’m happy to take a look at what’s going on if it’s alright with you ??

We’re running the plugin ourselves on production sites, so performance is something we take very seriously. We’ve over 4k+ active installation so far and facebook group where we communicate with our users often. So far we haven’t had any reports for speed/performance, so if you believe there is one, I’d appreciate your help to get to bottom of this; if you can open a ticket at https://analogwp.com/support/

Looks like the REST API isn’t working at your site, which is required to use the plugin.

Can you please try re-saving the settings under WordPress > Settings > Permalinks? If that doesn’t fixes the issue for you, please reach us via https://analogwp.com/support.

The template helper layout has been added back. Please note that addition / removal of any template is not dependent on plugin updates. Instead, we auto fetch the library every 24 hours. You can also click on “Sync Library” button in top right corner to force refresh the library.

After refreshing, view the “Tek” kit and you should be able to find “Tek – Helper Layout”.

Optionally, you can also search off “Group by Template Kit” view, and search for “helper” in search box. That should do the job!
