You have trapped white space above “recent videos”. And the empty ad spots are detracting.

It’s still taking a good while. I don’t see any multimedia that’s slowing it down. I think most people will not wait that long.

That is much too busy. As a reader, I don’t know where to start.

I would move some of it to a different page. And you could change the list of countries to a list of continents.
