Hi, So I switched to an apache server, tried again and have the same problem. When I click on the product from the store page it redirects to:
…/vendor-name/apple-1 but get the “page doesn’t seem to exist” error.
I have checked and the snippet was correctly added to child’s theme and also the product permalink was changed to /%autor%/ but the single product page is not created.
Thank you for the answer.
So I made the changes on my child theme and changed the product permalink structure to %author%. Now when I try and go to the product from the vendor’s page the URL is created correctly but I get a message that the page does not exist.
I am using an Nginx Server and I believe the problem is there since it cannot make changes to the database. Could this be the problem? I may have to create a new site using an Apache server. I am running a test site so it wouldnt be a problem.
No, theres is no element to insert PHP code, only HTML. I tried adding the code to the child theme under functions.php but I may have done something wrong so undid it.
Doesn’t look like there’s an easy fix right?Hi, I downloaded the plugin and see there is an AuthorID/author_name field.
I am creating a Vendor Template Page where I need to place a shortcode for the product table.
The shortcode needs to have a wildcard for AuthorID/author_name so when the templace is used for each vendor it will only show the products for that vendor. It would be something like this:
[Product_Table id=’123′ name=’testname’ author_name= *populate automatically*]Is this possible?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Unable to auto-set server IP for this domainUpdate: I was able to get IPs from my hosting. The issue is that my service is behind a proxy and it changes frequently. They where not able to tell me how often. I have gone an updated one of the IPs they gave me and now and changed CNAME. CDN has been configured but SSL certificate failed.
Should I Bypass CDN

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Unable to auto-set server IP for this domainHi @qtwrk
No, that IP is not on the list of the ones I’ve tried.I have tried 190.xxx.xx.45 and 190.xxx.xx.245. Where do I get that IP from?
Regards.
Update: I’m contacting my hosting service since I cannot find the server IP on my control panel. Will get back to you once I have them and tried them on the QUIC.cloud panel.
Thank you.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Unable to auto-set server IP for this domain@qtwrk thank you for answering. That is my problem. I don’t know where to get those IPs from. Not a noob here but I’m kind of lost. Are those my hosting dns server IPs? If they are, I’ve tried them and do not work (failed to validate IP msg)
