In reply to: Inserting Media in PostSorry to hear that, @karazam. When you mentioned the server issue that you got help with a couple of posts back, do you recall what changes were made to get the images to display correctly?

In reply to: Inserting Media in PostThanks for the follow up. I wondered if something like that may have been happening.
There are a few questions that come to mind:
- Has anything about the images changed (i.e., format, size, etc.)?
- Have you tried using a different browser or device to insert images?
- Have you recently added any plugins?
While on the subject of plugins, it may not be a bad idea to sequentially disable plugins and re-attempt inserting images.

In reply to: Error 404Hi there, @karazam!
Have you recently made any changes to your permalink settings? In the off chance that you have, you might try reverting back to the default permalink settings.

In reply to: How to Remove hard coded phone number from headerYou might also try sequentially disabling plugins–disable a plugin, attempt to update the phone number, repeat.
Once you find the offending plugin, you can simply remove it or find a viable replacement that doesn’t cause issues with your site (and that doesn’t exist on GoDaddy’s Blacklisted Plugins).

Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Cannot install WordPress on GoDaddyIt’s been awhile since I’ve interacted with GoDaddy’s account interface. From what I recall, however, the flow for installing WordPress should go something like this:
- Log in to your GoDaddy account
- Click on ‘Web Hosting’
- Under ‘Web Applications,’ click on the WordPress icon
- Click on the domain name that you will be using
- Fill in administrative settings details, etc.
- Optionally fill in the Website tagline
- Click the ‘Install’ button at the bottom, right-hand corner of the page
From there, WordPress will install within your hosting account. Once WordPress has fully installed, you can log in to your WordPress site and upload any custom themes, plugins, etc.
