Thanks for the response.
It’s marked as that under the payments section where it still shows as an active cart and says payment status pending…
It’s in the payment log that it’s showing as status INVALID.
The payment status on the order is complete and the data is complete so not sure what’s gone wrong.
The plugin version is up to date!
We are running the plugin on another site and it seems to run fine so just wondering if this is an issue you’ve seen before or if it’s a case of figuring out if there’s a plugin conflict? Or if it’s in fact something on Paypal’s side?
