can i just add please, I’m also having an issue when i set my servers cache age time. It adds the line below to my htaccess.

RewriteRule .* – [E=Cache-Control:max-age=1209600]

this in turn then stops cache enabler working on all pages except for my homepage.

Any ideas how i can fix this please? i really need my server cache in place but would love for cache enabler to still work, especially when i get webp working.

I’m not too bad with editing the htaccess and have the code in ok and as i say it seems to be really making my homepage much quicker than the rest of my pages.

I’d love it if you could possibly take a peak, just incase you can spot the issue straight away. is this possible please? could i possibly email you now with some details please?

I used to use webp with optimus and cache enabler a year or so ago but then i stopped. then i reticked the box today and hit the optimise all which then created webp images for the rest of the images since last year.

Yes, checked the uploads folder and webp files are 100% there.

How would i check if i need to regenerate and re optimise please? and if i need to how would i do that?

I use a cdn, could that be an issue for webp?

yes no problem, its a standard feature inside woocommerce.

if you go to Woocommerce > Settings > products > inventory

you can then set a low stock threshold and also an out of stock threshold.

i just set the Out of stock threshold to 3.

As i say, its a standard Woocommerce flow

Yes sorry by the time you checked, the cdn guys had fixed it there end BUT only by do a work around so still be good to fix your end please.here is what they said…..

We’ve checked the image that you’ve sent.(see attached)
I’m almost certain this was caused by either the plugin or server that did not know how to handle Range: byte requests, especially if the plug in worked before and isn’t working now.
In order to provider better caching capabilities our servers always try to load files in chunks so they send the Range header.

It seems that either the plugin or the server didn’t know how to handle this after the update.
We do have an option to disable this chunking which I’ve done for you and also purged your zone so it should be working now.

Is there a way I can get you a screenshot of the error here?

Thanks for getting back so quick! be great to get this fixed as i really want to include products in my mail chimp emails etc.

Is there somewhere i can email you that info please? would prefer not to put it all up here.

Because i switched the plug in off, i can no longer take screen shots of the 500 error but if you let me know the best place to see them error in more detail i can try switching it back on quickly. Would you suggest google chrome console or something along that line?

API – the only other places i have used it are for syncing other plug ins to mail chimp and wordpress. Is that the kind of sharing you mean? Should i be creating an api key for each new plug in i am syncing?

actually sorry just to add, when the pages are loading it looks like its adding another slash at the end so /amp/

however in your plug in the page that i have tested seemed to work with just /amp at the end.

just checking your thoughts on this please? should i put /amp or /amp/ or no difference?

Thanks for getting back, no I’m not using autooptimize. i was using a plug in called JCH for async loading BUT that is currently switched off and has been for a few months now.

Any other plugs you know of please that could be adding a defer?

Good to hear about your woocommerce plug in. So will you be adding canonicals? be great if you are asap as i say, google search console is giving me duplicate content warnings because of it.

Multiple Amp plugs – the only ones i am using are this plug in WP Amp, and your Woocommerce amp plug ing and then the main standard AMP project plug in that it tells me i need when i installed this plug in. So 3 in total.

Which also answers the next question about CDATA – yes I have the standard AMP plug installed and as far as i know they are both the most recent versions. (i would be warned by auto update otherwise right?

i am also getting these warnings in google search console…

The mandatory tag ‘amphtml engine v0.js script’ is missing or incorrect.
The tag ‘link rel=canonical’ appears more than once in the document.

So as you can see lots of issues currently

one of the biggest being that its saying i have duplicate title tags for my woocommerce pages and their amp pages. Is there a canonical set up in your amp for woocommerce plug in please? if not, can you add one please?

and also for my blog pages it is saying…
that the canonicals are appearing multiple times on each page causing issues

and also…
