Looking at the test logs, it seems I inadvertently sent the test mail using the PHP mail() function and not via SMTP. So the error lies in my SMTP settings and not the form or plugin.

What I didn’t realize, and may be cause for some confusion with other users, is that the test mail sends according to the send mail option settings. So (and this is what got me) it’s not a pre-launch test per se, but a quick test area (rather than having to visit your form page and send from within). Helpful if you have validation, having to fill out added fields, etc. Sot the test area makes sense, just a little confusing. Well, for me anyway ??

I’m looking for the same functionality as kcsali (display a price table with discount applied) as well as the ability to display the discount above the add to cart button (ie; following the description).

Though not advertized (or possibly unintentional) 100% width used to work. My map no longer displays after the last update and I’m forced to set a pixel width.

Looking forward to the next release as this is a crucial feature for me.

I ran into issues as well. My slides weren’t working when using the ress=1 shortcode, no matter what the source of my slides were (NexGen galleries, photos, posts).

The issue ended up being a conflict with the 2.x NexGen update. Rolling the NexGen Gallery plugin back to version 1.9.13 resolved the issue.

NexGen has put out an open letter regarding the mass failures in their latest update, as well as provided a link with instructions on how to rollback to the previous stable (slidedeck2 friendly!) version.
