Hi there. I apologize for not posting this in the correct forum.
I checked and we do indeed already have the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin installed on our website.
I went through all of the troubleshooting tips in the link you sent and nothing helped resolve the issue at hand.
I also tried a full product sync and the issue still persists. What else can I try to get the item quantities to sync from WooCommerce to Facebook? FYI – The products themselves synced just fine, including the pictures, but all of the items show out of stock even though we have stock on these items on WooCommerce. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
