Have you any idea on when 4.0.15 will be ready as the gift aid problem is really causing some issues. If it will be some time i will need to put something else in place in the meantime. If you could let me know that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ben

Unfortunately the contact us widget is required as the footer works of a bunch of widgets across the whole site.

I don’t know what from the plugin is replacing the footer element. I am using the calendar on another site with the same theme with no issues so i am not really sure what has happened here.

Everything is correct on the frontend as can be seen here https://caringcancertrust.com/caring-cancer-trust-donation/ . The gift aid box is there but if ticked it is just recorded as a ‘no’ instead of ‘yes’. Can you see any issues on the page?

as you can see the footer on the page changes on the event details page to be in one column and some of the details are missing.

Any help with be greatly appreciated.

Do i need the session ID or transaction ID. Sorry i have never looked at databases before so want to make sure i get the correct one. Just for confirmation a value is added to the gift aid in the backend donations panel but it says No when it should say yes.

The gift aid option is definitely showing on the frontend. I tick the box to say i am eligible for gift aid and then go through the paypal process and complete the transaction. When i look in the donation information however it says no against gift aid which is incorrect. It is pulling back the wrong info. Is it possible that if left unticked that it will say yes. In which case the wording on the gift aid question would need to be altered?
