In reply to: [Blocksy Companion] Blocksy blocks my recaptcha pluginThank you for the quick response and sorry for my delay.
In fact it was reported to me by a user of my plugin. I think he reported this to you on his own too. It seems that you solve it already on this way.
I have another question: The same customer reported to me, that my plugin is recognizing submissions as spam as soon as he is using your codesnipped tool. Does the tool any ajax-post-requests on its own?The point is that my plugin starts working not sooner than a user interaction happens, in order to avoid processing time for meta-crawlers. If the codesnipped tool would do requests on its own (i.e. before any user interaction) it would be recognized as a spam-bot. I would like to avoid that.

After a major release, all issues with woocommerce shell be fixed.

Hi.
To me it seems to be a problem with loading your fonts. Does the problem occur on the page and/ or in the admin area?
Do you receive any errors on browser console? (Press f12 and navigate to console in the browser)
Do you have access to server-side error-logging. Do you find any errors there? If none of them, we can have a look on it together.
Cheers,
Matthias
I have just found and fixed the problem with elementor.
Now it should work properly.
Cheers
Hi @fantou.
The error occurred for multiple forms on one page. It is fixed now and should work properly for you.
Thanks for showing me the problem.

Flamingo offers a nice entrypoint to flag spam as such. That is what the plug-in does. If you would disable ?save spam messages“ and enable cf7 support, you should still see the spam messages respectively in flamingo.
Hi.
The bug with the inbox is fixed with the new version 1.2.1.
Cheers
Hi.
The thing with the inbox is a bug of the plugin, which is induced by table prefix-renaming in WordPress.
An easy thing, once you know about it. Thanks 2 croox.
I’ll fix it soon.
Cheers, Matthias
If you mail me, I can send you my Skype-data and we can have a look on it. I am curious what is happening there.
Cheers
I am not sure, what you mean with “loggin like a customer”. I don’t have the problem, with an empty inbox and I am really curios how this may be triggered.
“I’ve seen an another problem in private window with firefox” – I’ll try this too. And give feedback soon
Hi.
Yes. Originally I have used flamingo too. But as I cannot be sure that everyone uses flamingo, I have built an own inbox.
If you write me a mail via the mail address populated on programmiere.de, we can make a Skype-session.
Before I would like you to press f12 in your browser and switch to the inbox, where the messages are not shown. Go there to “Console”. If you see anything written in red, this may be the reason for the not working inbox.
I guess it is some kind of incompatibility. I am really curious what that might be.
Cheers, Matthias
There is another thing:
The plug-in doesn’t work for your browser if you are logged in on your WordPress admin. I did so, to avoid possible side-effects and as a spam-bot usually isn’t logged in at your account. Could you please retry sending submitting a form, beeing logged out? If the problem still exists, I would be happy for a short call.
Cheers
Hi.
Did you tick the respective options in the settings menu of the plug-in?
Cheers, Matthias
The easiest way would be, if you give me a link to a page, with that problem. I hope you didn’t give up, as I received no email.
I am really curious what it might be
Hi.
Yes please. I just added my mail-address in the page footer.
Cheers, Matthias
