In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] [Plugin: BackUpWordPress] BUWP not working!Hi Guys.
Really sorry we’ve not been around to answer support – we’ve been super busy.
Thanks for reporting the bug Ilan, RvDam. This will be fixed in the next release.
INTJKim – could you just give me some information on your setup – WordPress version, and whether you are on a windows server or not as these are the cause of most bugs.
If it is something else – we will investigate further.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Not backing up since going to 1.3.1Sorry nobody had been back to you – been a busy weekend.
BackUpWordPress actually requires WordPress version 3.1
Hopefully we will release an update soon for 3.0.
If you are on a version older than this, I can’t guarantee anything and would recommend you upgrade!
Let me know the exact errors and versions you are using and I might be able to help!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] [Plugin: BackUpWordPress] Error 401 with wp-cron.phpThanks Buzzard01
I have not done much work on this part of the plugin – but let me know how you get on with Buzzard01’s advice.
If wp-cron.php is not working properly, you may also be having other problems too – For example WordPress uses cron to schedule updates etc

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Am I using these codes correctly?Glad that worked.
I would recommend downloading the backup – extracting it – and just checking exactly what has been backed up.
We will include some more detailed instructions for using the exclude option in the next release.
If you like the plugin – we would be grateful if you could rate it.
Thanks.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Am I using these codes correctly? What are you trying to exclude.
Is there a folder in your uploads directroy called ‘folder’?
If not – and you want to exclude the entire uploads directory – you can just remove that part of the code.
Other than that – it looks OK.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Option to schedule weekly, monthly etcI have been working on an admin interface for managing the plugin. As part of this I have also added options for daily weekly, fortnightly and monthly.
I have looked into Dropbox, and It doesn’t look like it will be possible to do this due to the way files have to be uploaded to dropbox.
Amazon S3 is on the roadmap but no work has been started on this.
I have a development version that you can test if you like. Just email me at [email removed] if you are interested.
