If the website has the Elementor Beta Developer Edition plugin, it will install the dev version of the Elementor.

It is not recommended to use Elementor Beta in a live site. If you would like to use the regular version of plugin, you can deactivate the Developer Edition. Here’s how: https://elementor.com/help/revert-to-release-from-developer-edition/

To deactivate the AI functionality, go to Elementor> Settings> Features. From there, uncheck the “Build with AI” feature and save the changes.
And you can also turn off the AI notifications by following the steps in this article: https://elementor.com/help/turn-off-ai-notifications/

To achieve the layout shown in your screenshot, you can simply add widgets inside the Tab content. This will allow you to recreate the desired design within each tab.

You’re right, having multiple H1 tags on the same page can negatively impact your SEO. Currently, Elementor hides elements set for specific devices using CSS, which means these elements still exist in the source code.
To resolve this, I recommend using a different approach for mobile and desktop headings. Instead of duplicating the container, consider utilizing the Dynamic Feature of the Heading widget, which is available in the Pro version of Elementor. This way, you can create a single heading that adapts based on the device, ensuring that only one H1 tag is rendered in the source code.
