In reply to: [NewStatPress] %totalvisits% doesn’t show the value in 2021 themeSorry, I found the problem right now: there was a conflict with plugin “Fast Velocity Minify”. Disabling that all works perfectly!
Thanks for your time and have a nice day,

In reply to: [NewStatPress] %totalvisits% doesn’t show the value in 2021 themeWhat is strange is that the problem is only on the “public” view of the site, while if I log in all works perfectly.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Thanks,

I only use these two plugins on the same page? ??

I addressed this issue with the author of the “Basic Google Maps Placemarks” plugin right now: Possible incompatibility with NextGEN Gallery plugin.
Yes, I still see the incorrect tool-tip when hovering over the ATP button: “ngg_attach_to_post.title” and not “Attach NextGEN Gallery to Post”, even on a new article with nothin in it.
Matteo
Thanks, but ports are correct and I can see all the site perfectly except the gallery.
The problem seems a compatibility issue with “Basic Google Maps Placemarks” plugin. If I remove from page the shortcode:
[bgmp-map categories="Test"]
Gallery is shown, if I leave it only placeholder is shown.
Sorry, it’s a new site, not yet published. I’m using WP 3.8.1 and NGG 2.0.59 on a LAMP system. The resulting code in the page with problem is:
<p><img class=”ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem” alt=”” src=”https://www.mysite.local/index.php/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–162″ /></p>
(where the gallery should appear)
Yes, but my problem is that I see the placeholder also in the public page…
Forum: Localhost Installs
In reply to: WordPress on Debian 8PS: I already had the “Alias”.
Forum: Localhost Installs
In reply to: WordPress on Debian 8I got this reply from a Debian developer:
“Are you sure that you have put the required
Alias /wp-content /var/lib/wordpress/wp-content
in your apache
configuration? If yes, then please report those bugs to the plugin authors… they should fix them to support their usage through a symlink.”
Forum: Localhost Installs
In reply to: WordPress on Debian 8Thanks for your reply. I usually prefer to install through apt-get to mantain the system coherent: isn’t it possibile to make the “apt-get” installation work simply acting on configuration?
Another question, but maybe this is not possibile also in the manual install: is it possibile for a super admin to give install plugins and themes priviledge to sites admins, in a multisite configuration? They are frustrated to ask every time… ??
