Are you using the shortcodes on the session pages, or on a generic page? The shortcode was designed to show information about the current pages’ sessions. For instance, it seems to be working on this page.

I’m unable to reproduce your issue. Can you share the csv file you’re using?
Also, I just updated the plugin yesterday. What version are you using?

I think that is beyond the scope of this plugin.

You can either modify your templates directly, or find another plugin that addresses it. Maybe check out this one.

Also, I updated the UI a bit. I see how it seemed you could delete the example, as there was a checkbox on the row. But, that checkbox was intended to be a “check all” for checkboxes below it. The example is just a label. I’ve replaced the checkboxes with delete links.

Yes, this needs to be fixed.

What is happening is that WordPress hangs on to the permalink rules created after the plugin is deactivated. If you go to your Permalinks settings page, the rules are reset. Try deactivating again, and then go to https://v2.thetflforum.co.uk/wp-admin/options-permalink.php (assuming you have WP installed in the typical location).

Development on this plugin has certainly slowed. It’s on Github, so you’re welcome to submit some pull requests.

That is interesting. Try visiting the Permalink Settings page (you only need to visit), and try the events archive again. This reloads some of the internals of WordPress urls.

Ah. What you describe is beyond the scope of this plugin. (But not that far!)

The plugin creates three Custom Post Types that can be queried like any other using the WP_Query method. That does take a bit of coding, but maybe there are other plugins that can encapsulate it.

I’ll take note for future development to make a shortcode or similar.

The plugin generates an archive page for each post type, jut like regular posts. They are at:

/press-releases/
/events/
/news/

on your site.

Can you give me a link to a site to look at?

The shortcodes are designed to display information about the current page. If the shortcode is not on a news article, (or not in the loop), it won’t know which article to display information for.
