In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Emails won’t get delivered if i use the [_remote_ip] tagThe only difference in a successful email and not is if I add the [_remote_ip] tag… it seems that if what you guys were saying is true that wouldn’t matter and all my contact form emails would be considered spam. Am I missing something here?? I’m not trying to be rude and I apologize if I’m coming across that way. I’m just trying to understand why using that particular tag makes my emails undeliverable. I have one other form that works just fine everytime that does not ask for the remote ip. Also the form in question works just fine if I remove the [_remote_ip] tag. Also, even though it doesn’t work most of the time, occasionally some of the emails will get through.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Emails won’t get delivered if i use the [_remote_ip] tagSo are you saying that once I use the remote ip tag my email now thinks it is spam? If I remove the tag it delivers just fine. Nothing gets delivered to my junk or spam mail, and it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense that adding the remote ip would turn it into spam. Do you believe that is the only explanation for what is happening? Thanks in advance for looking into this for me.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Emails won’t get delivered if i use the [_remote_ip] tagNope, it says it sends fine. I also have the flamingo plugin that logs it as being sent. But it never reaches my email inbox. Also, if I take the remote ip tag out it delivers it just fine.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Wrong sender with WordPress at the endThe from field is specifically for the email address you are using to send the form. It is not for the person’s email that is filling out the form. If you want to capture who is filling out the form you need to put in your “message body” something like this (which is exactly what I have on mine):
[your-name]’s phone: [your-phone]
[your-name]’s email: [your-email][your-message]

In reply to: Post image resizing smaller then stretching to fitI just viewed it through inspect element in chrome. You can see a sreenshot here.
Notice at the end it actually says it’s resizing. I am just learning so it’s probably something simple. I can’t figure it out though.

In reply to: Locked Out of SiteWhat do you mean when you say “I tried to change the URL in the dashboard” What exactly did you do? I’m guessing whatever you did can be fixed by using an FTP to download the changed file, editing it back to the correct URL and then re-uploading it. You would need to know what file you changed though.

In reply to: featured image size inside post is different for different postYou have not stretched the image, but only made it bigger. It has maintained it’s aspect ratio so this should be exactly what you wanted… as far as how a browser renders it to the end user. The image is not distorted at all. If you take a 900×300 image and if you make the width 1170 and maintain the aspect ration the height becomes 390 which is exactly what you have right now. It looks like the resolution in the picture (at least on my screen) is good enough that it can be enlarged like this without any noticeable pixelation. Why it is originally cropping at 900×300 when you upload it I don’t know. Are you using any media plugin to upload these that could be automatically cropping them?

In reply to: featured image size inside post is different for different postWhen you are about to insert the photo into the post there is an option to set the size of the attachment… that is probably automatically cropping your photo. Try going to your dashboard>settings>media and there you will find default max sizes for your large, medium and thumbnail photos. Is one of these set to 900 x 300? My guess is your medium is set to that and when you enter the photo into the post it is automatically set to medium. Try entering one into a post and selecting large and see if that works, or you can change the settings>media file sizes to have a larger maximum.
