Same for me! I’ve had over 2,000 shares to my latest post, published in the last 48 hours, however it’s only showing around 160…and it’s been increasing very slowly.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the responses. I don’t have those checked, as I have manually placed it as a shortcode in my PHP themes.

There must have been a change in the last release for example as the sharetext moved around and I had to re-adjust my CSS.

Ah ok, just saw another users posts on how you have to create a new account on SharedCount and change the API key with the new one and it works now.

So currently, I’ve overridden all 31 static images with the same file naming system, just duplicating my image. Should I just keep it like that for the time being and wait for the next release? (will the bug fix be in the next release?!?)

P.S. I wouldn’t need the default image if I could specify only to show the last 12 months worth of posts ??

The image is 310 x 175 pixels, so really shouldn’t be a problem ??

Shame about the date feature. Just over a year ago I changed the ratio of the main image, so I was hoping to only use posts from the last year, so that the related posts can also use the new ratio.

I’m using Chrome and on two computers (my home and works). The file is a JPG (exported like normal via Photoshop as a Save For Web) uploads correctly. It’s only 31Kb and it does upload correctly, as it appears in the Media Library. Just doesn’t stay attached in the Related Posts plugin.

Instead, what I’ve had to do is copy the image 30 times, rename them and replace the static thumbs within the plugin directory.

Also, on a side note, I’m pretty sure I used to be able to specify to show only posts from the past 12 months. Is that no longer a feature?

Another feature request ??

I often get well over 1k shares for most of my articles. Therefore instead of showing something like: 5590 could it show 5,590 (notice the comma).

Haha! I’m surprised actually, as there are so many plugins that generate social buttons (and it’s fairly easy to do yourself), but I don’t know of any other plugins that calculate the total number!

Anyway, look forward to the next release.
