We have received a complaint from a client who doesn’t want their sold house listed on the site.
It may be best to get a hold of the listing agent and have them set the listing not to display in IDX feeds and websites.
The listing agent will be able to edit the listing in the flexmls system and set Broker Distribution to “Seller Directs Listing to be Excluded from Internet”.

It appears that the Tuscon Association of Realtors allows closed listings from the past 3 years to appear in IDX feeds and websites.

This page here is what the plugin uses to apply filters to, by default it will display all listings available in the MLS that are allowed in IDX… https://www.coyotecreektucson.com/mls/search

So you can use the IDX Search widget for users to narrow the listings and you can set it to only include active listings by applying the “Active Listings” IDX link to that widget – https://fbsidx.com/plugin/examples/idx-search-widget/

Also, if you have saved searches that are used with the plugin, you can be sure to select “Active” under the Status field.

I just went back to the site and I see the IDX Search widget is centered now. And looking at my browser tools it appears you’ve added margin: auto; to the #flexmls_connect__search, .flexmls_connect__search_new, .flexmls_connect__search_new_horizontal classes.

You could also try resaving the Permalink settings, try to go Settings>Permalinks, don’t change anything, just click on “Save Changes”

Under the Behavior tab, which page do you have selected under Open IDX Links>Framed On This Page?

Edit that page and make sure this shortcode is within it…
[idx_frame width=’100%’ height=’600′]

Could you try changing the setting “Multiple Summary Lists” under flexmls IDX>Settings>Behavior and set it to “Allow multiple lists per page”?

10) – I am currently with https://fmls.com . Will I be able to use your plugin ?
Unfortuantely not. They do not appear to be one of our clients who use the flexmls system to manage their data.

11) – Do you cover properties in USA ? Specifically Georgia ?
At this time we do not have MLS clients in Georgia.

These questions I’ve compressed into one..
1) – How do I get the IDX to activate using your plugin so that I can display properties on my website ? What is the process?
2) – What MLS credentials will the plugin need ?
4) – If yes how much ?
12) – I can install and configure this into my own website, so would still I have to pay anyone for “set-up” ? Or would it just be for access to the IDX RETS MLS ? How much ?

The widgets are pretty much the same at this time, we plan on improving that down the road.
An office subscription does include an Agent Roster widget.

I apologize for the delay. I’ve been out of the office for the past week.
We are currently working on version 4, which will address this problem. We’re hoping to have that update out within the next month or two here. We have a lot of improvements coming with this update which we will be releasing soon.

Could you give me some more details. Perhaps the website page address where this is happening? The name of the client and the name of the saved search/IDX link that is being applied to one of our widgets.
