I have the same problem as @horsmanzach. And you have the same problem on your test site https://themify.me/demo/themes/divi-filter/test-styled-module/, soon as you use a filter it will reset the css styling. And if you re-load the page the css styling come back.
I use the latest version of WordPress, divi and Themify.
