    The plugin is definitely supported and if you drop us an email at [email protected] we’ll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays, though we’re usually quicker than that.

    The error you mentioned occurs in a couple of situations, the most common one being when you try and register on Memberful with the email address of user that’s already registered in WordPress. This shouldn’t affect your customers as they shouldn’t have existing accounts on WordPress.

    We recently released an update to the plugin that removes this error message for the situation I mentioned above, and instead prompts the user to sign in with their WordPress credentials, before linking the two accounts. After that signing into Memberful will sign the person into WordPress automatically.
