Could you please let me know the error from log. You can enable error log by editing/adding the following code to the wp-config.php

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

Then reproduce the issue and you will find the log on wp-content/debug.log file

Could you please clarify your query? I’m having trouble understanding it fully. Since the generated PDF is just a PDF, it won’t contain any div or html elements. If you could explain your question in more detail, I’d be happy to assist you further.

Hello @ashkael Sorry for late reply. We just checked the email option. We have checked on visual and code level both seems fine on our end. Could you please check the following screenshoots?

Thank you for your suggestions. We’ve updated the icon color as per your feedback. Regarding the menu, we are planning to make this plugin a bit different with more feature-related document coming soon. That’s why we’ve added it to the sidebar. We will consider placing it under the settings menu in the near future or provide an option for users to move the menu themselves.

Could you please let me know the screenshot of your page so that it’ll be more clear. Because it’s working fine on our end.

You have to put two shortcode to hide the content on PDF.

Shortcode 1 : Starting Shortcode [document_engine_pdf_remove]
Your hidden content for PDF document goes here. This content will be available on your Website but only hidden on your generated PDF document.
Shortcode 2 : Closing Shortcode [/document_engine_pdf_remove]
