Of course, I feel stupid for not thinking about it. I forgot I’m using a theme that is optimised to use as a… Portfolio! And it puts them in the index. That’s why I couldn’t see anything with wp-portfolio… as soon as I changed themes it worked.

I removed the function that was on those lines, and I could use the plugin, but I don’t know what it does :P.
