Regarding to the issue: it seems like the Settings for the new menus are not saved. Since we don’t know all the WordPress Details, we dont know in Detail what WordPress excately Needs to save in the database in order to store a new menu. Deleting all files from the database will most likely not help to solve the issue. The Domain is associated to the database “U9131950”. We dont see anything unusual in that database. Due to this, we have no idea what the WordPress Support is reffering to.

Maybe it will help to solve this issue if you try to find out how WordPress is saving a new menu. As soon as we know that, we can take a deeper look, and hopefully find a solution.

Please help me.. as my website is “down”

And my provider dont know what you mean with: when was the database last repaired? What should i tell them..

My host tells me that they dont have error logs because my site is not in one common server but many different???

Yes i tried that many times.. but the menu disappears when i press save

I did apply widets and menu

I allready did that many times but i did it again now! But the man who owns the site is crasy angry at me when i chance to the other theme and because it dosent work!
I just change it as you told me but when its with the 2013 theme the widgets do not show aswell.

My provider tells me that there is nothing wrong with my database. What could the error then be? now the menu is missing in the frontend look: tvvestsjaelland.dk

Its the same with my widges now they can not be saved. I can not se the once i thosed when i go back to widges..

I had to turn back to twentyeleven and turn on the plugins again. because of the man who owns this site is very angry with me.. the problem has been for many days now.

My sidebars are missing aswell in the frontend at https://www.tvvestsjaelland.dk

I contacted my host provider and they told me that the problem must be with wordpress!
I dont know when it was repaired latest.. is it something they should do?

I tried to make a custom menu then i thoosed some pages and when i klik save the menu dissapears and i can not open/those it again.

I just did the problem is still there..
