Sorry Paul, but the problem WAS generated by your plugin.

It is an HTTP redirect/configuration issue by the looks of it.

Indeed it is. Your plugin has a feature that redirects (hides) /wp-admin.php to an error page or any other page. That′s what caused the problem.
And by the way, NONE of the “solutions” provided to disable your plugin and re gain access to your WP site will work. NONE.
You should provide a way, a method to re gain access to wordpress admin area THAT WORKS.

My site was working PERFECTLY. Other than random brute force attacks every once in a while, my site had no problems… AT ALL. Thats why I decided to install Simple Security Firewall.

So, your plugin was supposed to prevent a situation like this (a complete disaster), and ended causing it.
Had to restore my whole site from a previous backup.

It seems theres is a problem with your settings.
Go to the plugin config section and be sure to uncheck:
Custom Text
Custom Images
It should work.

If the problem persists, re install the plugin and redo the edits.

/wp-content/cache
/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
/wp-content/plugins/quick-cache/

And remove the line in /wp-config.php:
define('WP_CACHE', TRUE);

No problem. Managed to downgrade plugin using previous version(had a back up copy). All looks good now. Sites are online again.
Will upgrade to newest version when problem with current one is fixed.

OK. Found the solution myself.
Open and edit the plugin .css file.
Find lines 38 and 42.

Change line 38 from:
content: ‘?’;
to:
content: url('https://www.url-to-your-LEFT-image-here.png');

Line 42 from:
content: ‘?’;
to:
content: url('https://www.url-to-your-RIGHT-image-here.png');

Ok. Thanks Marco. Just tried again. Installed the latest version and the problem persisits. Dev version works perfect. It corrects all the problems. Everything looks normal ok now. Thanks much for your time Marco.

Sorry Marco for de Delay. 2.0.3 update didn′t help. I use Genesis + some Elegant Themes Plugins. The site ended up a mess.
My solution was to uninstall Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin.

Just an update. The disable all ads option is not enabled, my IP is not blocked in the Block My Ip section and my IP does not show in the infractors list.
Ads wont show up as long as they are wrapped by the monitor class. As soon as I remove this code, ads will appear again.

(where the bbpress-post-topics.pot file is).

Hello David, I translated the bbpress-post-topics.pot file using poedit and saved it as bbpress-post-topics-es_ES.po, saving the file also generated the bbpress-post-topics-es_ES.mo. Uploaded both files inside the plugin directory and wpconfig.php is set to es_ES but it wont work. Plugin text still shows up in English. WP and all plugins are up to date.
I will be grateful for any help you can provide.
