I did as suggested but the columns are still of different heights…

Unfortunately, while I finish the restyling of the site I have to keep Visual Composer too, however that shouldn’t be the problem because if I activate the twenty-one theme instead of Blocksy, the scroll also works with Visual Composer active.

No, I realized because at the time of log out it does not let me out but I remain logged in because wp does not “accept” the new log page … I tried to disable WPML and the “rename login page” function works. However, when I reactivate WPML it stops working. The problem I think is due to the subfolders, for example when WPML is active, the new login page becomes https://www.domain.com/it/login, while if I disable it the page is created on the main domain https://www.domain.com/login…
