In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] Stripping inline stylesThank you for taking the time to reply. Are you referring to the option to “Check to get rid of all html and images in the excerpt”? If so, this is already unchecked. And the inline styles are present in the RSS source code. So I’m not sure how WordPress would be stripping these styles.
Below is a link to a screenshot of our settings. Can you tell me if you see anything that would cause the “Read More” link to point to the re-published article rather than the original article:

In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] Author Still Shows Even Though Box is UncheckedNevermind, I figured it out.
So are saying that we will continue to have two images so long as the original post (from the feed) had a featured image assigned to it?
Each post IN THE FEED has a featured image assigned to it, yes.
To clarify my past point, the post in question is “5 reasons to love Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre”, and the you can see the archive view here:

This is the feed:

https://avon-indiana.funcityfinder.com/Also, when I click through to archive view, I see two thumbnails. Anyway to get rid of the 150px version?
I see. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
Clarification: I see no way to display more than 1 of these new widget areas in the Primary sidebar AT THE SAME TIME.

In reply to: Images Missing After Import to New Server / blogs.dirI deleted all the posts and then re-imported them, only this time I told WordPress to download attachments. WordPress still can’t see the images even though they are in the exact location specified by the image URLs in the posts.

In reply to: Images Missing After Import to New Server / blogs.dirHad I checked the option to download attachments, how would WordPress know where to find them on the old server?

In reply to: Images Missing After Import to New Server / blogs.dirThough I would still like to know the answer to my latest question, I did manage to find a plugin called “Add From Server” which appears to have solved the problem.

In reply to: Images Missing After Import to New Server / blogs.dirThere is another issue: WordPress can’t see any previously uploaded images, even though it CAN see images uploaded into the SAME folder via the WP admin -> Media -> Add New.
Any suggestion as to the cause? Should I post this as it’s own thread (seems like an extension of the same issue.)

In reply to: Images Missing After Import to New Server / blogs.dirI see. Thank you for the info. I was able to do the find/replace, and now the images are back.
Curiously, I noticed that none of the imported posts contain the YouTube iframe code. It appears to have been stripped out. I don’t know whether this is a topic for another thread. But I’d like to know why this happened.
Thanks for taking the time to reply bethannon! To answer your question, no, it was a fresh installation of 3.6.1 on a brand new server.
