Dear Zanozik,

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We work very hard to have a quality product. It may or may not be clear that the properties are controlled within https://www.Masterdigm.com CRM so that 1 property can be fed to many WP sites.

One site like https://www.DigmRealty.com that uses the WP plugin has functions like Property Alerts, Saved Properties, Search by Keyword, automated email marketing etc. all in one central system, so we are not sure what might have happened.

You can set it up in 2 ways:

First, you can have it where every property is owned by the main brokerage. This means if you add the property, you select the brokerage. If you do this, the contact form info will go to the broker.

Second, if you select an agent to the be owner of the listing, the contact information can go straight to the listing agent.

So, once again, you can do it both ways, you can have a few properties in the brokerage name and some others in the listing agents name. Whoever is the owner of the property, will receive the lead. I hope this helps.

So Kathy, first you will want to consider what MLS board the broker is associated with. Each MLS board has an ability to feed properties to a website via RETS, IDX, etc.. The Masterdigm Real Estate WP Plugin offers the ability to connect to the RETS feed of your board. I would also consider 2 themes that seems to be of quality. One is Enfold and the other Avada. They both can be found on Themeforest. Also, you may want to find out if your client would like a CRM to be the backend of managing the leads that come from the website.

Juan, there is a possibility that we can code that feature into for the future.

Now, we also can receive an XML feed, excel file to help upload properties into the Property tab of the CRM.

Thank you for your question. We can work with your local listing service if they work with xml or RETS, etc.. You can also manually add your properties as well. We would have to look at the feed from your local listing service.
