In reply to: [The Events Calendar] event created not showing on front endHi @riturmi,
Thanks for reaching out!
The training page is throwing a “page not found” error. Please check and make sure that The Events Calendar plugin is installed and activated.
If the plugin is active on your site, the calendar could be configured to be visible on a different page. You can verify this by checking the Events URL slug field under Events > Settings > General tab.
In case the URL is correct, and the training page still throws the same error, try performing conflict testing on your site and see if that helps,
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/
Let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
MasoodHi @jcagney,
Thanks for reaching out!
I checked the single event page using the URL you provided, and it is working fine. Perhaps the issue has been resolved? Please let me know.
If you haven’t already, could you update The Events Calendar to 6.0.6.1, since this is the latest available version for the plugin? In case the issue remains, try performing conflict testing and see if that helps,

Kind regards,
MasoodHi @vk1kcm,
Thanks for reaching out!
I am sorry, but the URL you provided leads me to a “page not found.” Kindly check.
Also, let me know if this error remains while all other plugins except Event Tickets are disabled and WordPress is switched to a default theme. While testing, please be sure to disable the must-use plugins as well.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Fatal error in taxonomy.phpHi @bxwpdev,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble.
Could you provide some more details about this issue? For example, are you using the latest version of our plugins and WordPress? What version of PHP is your site on? Does this error remain even when all other plugins except for Event Tickets are disabled and WordPress is switched to a default theme?
These follow-up questions will help me set up a sandbox site to try and reproduce the issue.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Show all past current and future events togetherHi @rakesh1974,
Thanks for reaching out!
By default, the main events page starts with upcoming events, and to include past events; you will need to override the query so that it consists of both past and upcoming events.
The following filter hook can be used to override and modify the query parameters,
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Show only 1 category in calendarHi @dmpp,
Thanks for reaching out!
The code in the following article does the opposite of what you need, as it hides events belonging to certain categories. You could tweak it to display events belonging to mentioned categories and hide others,
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/hide-events-of-a-category-on-the-calendar/
Let me know if this helps.

I checked the single event page using the URL you provided, and it seems you could center-align the “Add to calendar” button (https://i.imgur.com/js2cWsu.png). Please let me know if you still need assistance with this.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] City only rather than manual time zones?Hi @jondaley,
Thanks for reaching out!
Under the hood, the plugins use the
wp_timezone_choice
function, which provides the list of timezones to use. You can use thetribe_events_timezone_choice
filter to customize the contents of that list.https://docs.theeventscalendar.com/reference/hooks/tribe_events_timezone_choice/
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] search doesn’t seem to work very well.Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble.
Please let me know if the issue with the search bar remains while all other plugins except The Events Calendar are disabled. Also, let me know which of our plugins you currently use on your site.
I am setting up a sandbox site to try and reproduce the issue there, and this information will help.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] tribe_get_events() with Restrict Content ProHi @rckychng,
Thanks for reaching out!
I am afraid no; an argument that could let you access events with restriction applied is not available. You could run tribe_get_events() and filter through the results using the rcp_is_restricted_content() function to keep the restricted events only.
https://help.ithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053114973-rcp-is-restricted-content-
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
MasoodHi @hanswitteprins,
Thanks for reaching and bringing this to our attention.
Our development team has started tracking this in a bug report in our internal system, and a fix for this will hopefully be added to a future update of the plugin.
Many thanks for digging into this and sharing the details.
Kind regards,
