What a GREAT FACADE, Ofcourse you will now publicly put a comment like this to show potential customers that you are willing to help customers once they purchase from you. NO this is just a way to lure customers. Your business is very deceptive and misleading and we both know this is not true.
If you were a reputable and helpful business you should have given us great customer service that was required at the time, which you systematically failed from day 1. The way you market your products is very misleading, this was proven when we purchased your product only to find out it was of poor standards. We spent a month persistently trying to communicate with you to resolve issues and 80% of the time you did not respond neither did you care to resolve. This was very frustrating for us, it slowed our business and we lost some money. So please dont try to address in the manner that you did because this is not the service that you provided.
My advice to anyone DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!
