I solve it. There is a problem with [adblockingdetector id=”1″]
I use it and don’t work.
I stop using it, and use another id (2,3,4) and all three ads appear now.

Thank you for your answers and suggestions.
I edit my post from a computer (a very powerful one, the server is also very good). Until the last update of the DTS, everything was working okay.
I check the developer console, and there is no errors.
I deactivate all plugins instead of DTS, and the problem persist.
I make some print screens for you. I test this on different themes(ex: Twenty Fourteen), different websites, but only on 3.9.1 WP version.

Thank you to let us know about this. They have a good plugin but I did’t notice what you say because I was log in with SA account.
After I log out they ask for create a account information.
