I released a fix in version 1.14, once you update you should have no problem tapping the video controls to open the preview window. Also added setting to show videos in first position.

As far as I can tell, it’s a custom development. They replace the gallery with the slider library for a while.

In future updates I might consider fixing the autoplay issue, but I can’t promise and commit to a time frame

Yes the autoplay feature for Safari is not working. Because Safari does not support it in the plugin page in the FAQ section I have described it. For more information, you can search on the official Safari website.

If possible more information, for the safari browser you mean that it is not visible, at least there I see a problem. The video is visible on an iPhone on Chrome. If possible more information and I will fix it

I see what the problem is, it comes from WP Bakery, but it’s hard for me to simulate it at my place because I don’t have this plugin and as far as I can see it’s only a paid version.
