A client of mine has started getting this error also, NextGEN seems to be the cause of it.

This error only shows on the site homepage. Other pages are fine.

I agree, option for widget title is needed!

Yes I see this problem on the Dashboard also. Plugin works fine thought…..

Worked it out, changed:

$display = "<p><q>". $random_quote['quote'] ."</q>";

to

$display = "<p><q>". $random_quote['quote'] ."</q><br /><br />";

I get the same error with WP 2.8.2 and version 3.0 of this plugin.

I am interested in this also. Getting harder to find/sort galleries.

Yep this plugin killed my search bar also, when disabled the search bar works again.

a) dashboard

Manual updates are working great for me. I have updated 32 WordPress sites to 2.8. The first 5 I used the auto update feature and three of the blogs turned out to have problems, I fixed those 3 blogs by manually uploading the 2.8 files to the server. They work fine now.

The other 27 blogs I have updated were done manually and are working great!

Can take upto 12 hours in some cases.

I am having problems also with the screen options, I cannot move any dashboard panels, and I cannot hide any panels.

I have narrowed it down to the Intense Debate plugin. I have ten plugins on my site and when Intense Debate is disabled the screen options work fine.
