First you can try to enable debug messages to see which plugins get loaded. Then check if there are any parameters in the query string, depending on your settings that makes a difference. There are other settings to check so knowing your exact settings will be crucial.

I discovered I can do that running the ‘option_active_plugins’ filter after the Plugin Organizer, and I correct what is needed there

I just found out in my case the problem was with the URL arguments. Switching on the Ignore URL Arguments setting was resolving in this case. With this setting can I still use URL arguments in the Plugin filters? For example I have a plugin filter for https://www.saudeplena.org/?wc_ajax*

I actually figured out it was an incompatibility with my funnel plugin. So I downgraded everything to a compatible version and it started to work. Somewere in the future I need to check with them about a feasible upgrade path and test it again before going into production.

What do you mean that it might cause conflicts with the regular WordPress API? Does it replicate all the regular WordPress endpoints? Does it substitute authentication, so that I need to use the WooCommerce key for the WordPress REST API? Or does it render the WordPress REST API unusable? I need to be clear on what is the nature of this conflict.

I am seeing in the webhook log the ones that did fire. For the others that did not fire there is nothing in the log file. Otherwise nothing important that I had found.

I had yesterday the webhooks fired after many days of nothing firing at all. But I dont know if it is resolved now or not, that will take more time to discover.

I am creating the Recipe Custom Post type with the Pods plugin, and the permalink structure is working correctly. The thing is that MSLS allows me to associate the recipes between the different languages, but when looking up the slug, it uses the current site instead of looking up the permalink structure of the destination site. If you would fix that, it would probably resolve all the Archive pages and custom post types.

Well, actually this behavior is only since version 2.4. Before that it showed by default on all post types, now it shows by default only on posts. The Pro Version was giving you control on which post types to show.

Alright, @rapidfish I see you have about the same problem like me. Just wonder whether that is a WordPress MultiSite problem or a Genesis specific problem. I just checked and the Featured image is really in the OG data, that I believe is coming from Genesis. Even deleting the featured image in the subsite the wrong image in the main site persisted. I could remove it now by setting a new featured image for the homepage of the main website.

I wonder, did you get in touch with Genesis support already? Thinking again it might be a bug from them, since the OG data is being output by the theme.

I got a message from WPFunnels, and they said they worked with you on a bugfix of the issue. I did not do extensive testing after that, but will have an eye on that, if there is any other issue happening, I will let you know.

Both sites have a static page home. The theme I use is a genesis child theme, which is a commercial theme, but it should be pretty stable. The problem that I define the featured image in one subsite of the network, and it shows up on the main site. I just wonder, how does it even get there? How does the main site know what picture I defined on a subsite home page? That is absolutely strange!

I have the same problem. After disabling the plugin, the checkout page is not working anymore. See the following screenshot:

What in the world is the plugin doing to my settings, that I need to clean up manually after disabling the plugin?
