In reply to: [Download Monitor] Access denied to any fileI think I may be having the same problem, but don’t see the ‘Add download paths’ in my settings.
Thanks, I haven’t got any errors in the console. I’m up to date with the latest plugin as well. I’ll have a closer look soon and will update the thread if I can find anything.
Hi @butterflymedia – Yeah it’s definitely an anomaly, we use this plugin & Gravity Forms together quite a lot and this doesn’t happen else where. I’ve attached a couple screenshots of the menu that appears on Gravity Forms. The first is non-hover and the second is what appears when I hover on it.
Yes thanks I’ve had a response and have been able to take over the account now. I’ve raised a ticket in the support site now.
Thanks, I’d like to but I’m unable to register as apparently my details are already associated with an account but when I attempted to reset password by details are not associated with any account. I’ve sent an access request because obviously there must be an account but I can’t access it.
I think I was able to get around this in the end by removing the acme-challenge folder that the plugin had created in File Manager in CPanel and start the process from scratch. The issue arose after I deactivated and reactivated the plugin.
This was a few weeks ago and there have been some new versions since then, so sorry if this isn’t still a relevant suggestion.
Thanks for resolving this, will upgrade shortly.
Thanks, I appreciate it’s most likely an issue with the theme.
You can see the steps I’ve tried in my OP;
Here is a list of the plugins on my site, just in case any of these hump out. I did deactivate them as a test, but this info might help;
– ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO
– Advanced Custom Fields
– Broken Link Checker
– Classic Editor
– Compress JPEG & PNG images
– GoDaddy Pro Sites Worker
– H5P
– Redirection
– SSL Zen – Free SSL Certificate & HTTPS Redirect for WordPress
– TablePress
– WPForms Lite
– Yoast SEOHi, Thanks for your reply.
I am using a shortcode within the classic editor and I’m pretty sure it’s the right one as it’s the only piece of content I have at the moment and it works in the WP twenty seventeen theme – the shortcode is [h5p id=”1″].
I’m on WP 5.6 and I’m using my own bespoke theme that I’m building myself.
Can you think of anything that might be blocking the H5P.js intialization scripts from loading? I’ve noticed on other sites in the forum there are several resources loading in the pages that aren’t loading on mine. What do you think?

MartinThanks Mohammed, I am on 3.0.15 too and still have the same issue. May I ask where/how you obtained the v2.2 files for the plugin?
KR
MartinHi,
I am experiencing the same issue. I provide the CPanel login details, however the plugin does not get past this step.
I don’t recall the plugin requesting CPanel login details on the free plan before, what is the reason for this addition?

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields: Extended] Conflict with Gravity Forms pluginHi Konrad,
Sorry for the delay in coming back to you. Several of us were off for Christmas for a few weeks.
We’ve added the check you have recommended in your last reply and this appears to have solved our issue. Thanks for that.
