The only restriction and exclusion I had was on the “uncategorized” category – I have unselected them and it looks like it’s working again now. Will keep testing it and let you know if any issues continue. Thanks for the super quick response, Mikko.

Thanks Jason – yeah, securi has been a problem for me in the past too.

SO the clincher is that my flywheel hosts have NEVER enabled “php_uname()”, so this weird little glitch that has suddenly emerged is unlikely to be a server issue.

They told me that “there shouldn’t be any major disruption to the core functionality of Stripe here. This is just for gathering diagnostic information in the event that you ever needed to send info over to Stripe for support. It shouldn’t affect the ability to receive payment with your payment methods or process.”

So are you able to look into this one a little more please? In particular the line:
Unable to fetch Stripe Invoice object: Could not determine which URL to request: Stripe\Invoice instance has invalid ID:

I’d love some help with this one too, please. Not a grandmaster coder but can usually work out what’s required, in this case I’m stumped too.

Have sorted the issue!

1. I contacted my hosts with this info (after researching across the web):

The Theme My Plugin developer has said it’s usually caused by a server side caching issue? It has something to do with caching at the server/hosting level in some way.

For future reference, here’s what the support rep from WPEngine (hosting) said he did to set up a rule so the “my account” and “lost password” pages never get cached on the server side:

“I did a Varnish exclusion for everything along the path of ^/my-account”

2. That didn’t work straight up, they delved deeper and sent me this:

We have excluded those pages from the cache, along with some additional configurations, and it looks like things are working properly to issue a password reset now.

Hope that helps you all… I’m not sure what the techs did exactly but start there.

I’m also having the same issue. Except that mine doesn’t even look ok in landscape mode. I’ve disabled the title on mobile devices but I would really prefer to be able to include the title in the slider as we are an event venue.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Can you explain for me – if the ajax response its waiting for is all job-listings related, then how would another plugin be causing the timeout? And how would I find out which one it is? My site has 49 active plugins, can not deactivate some of them as they power the membership site.

I did the permalinks re-save, but it’s still not loading.
