    Hey Adam,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Initially my client sent me his email server settings which I configured in Postsmtp and ran tests which didn’t seem to be working at all.

    I’d asked for clarification and possibly screenshots with current settings etc which they happily obliged but they were all correct. I’ve been unable to send emails through any of those configurations.

    I’d contacted my web host who said everything is as it should be but they’d mentioned because the emails are hosted elsewhere, the only thing they could think of changing was email forwarding from local exchange to remote exchange within cPanel but that didn’t make any difference.

    I’ve tried to use SendGrid in the SMTP and that was not playing ball with me at all, it went from sending some emails to no emails at all.

    I’ve reverted back to previous settings so it’s back to being able to send emails to any other address but my clients domain.

    Would it matter that they are using hMailServer for their emails, would that be something that’s causing a conflict?

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for your reply, yea it’s strange alright.

    The email log says success but my client says they’re not receiving them, nothing in Junk/Spam folder either.

    I actually do use Post SMTP for the email log, please see below:

    Thank you so much, you’re a gem ??

    I implemented MisterR’s suggestion and it worked but if I update the latest version of Disable WooCommerce Bloat will that cause an issue again? Will I need to change that code back to what it was or will it just work after I update because I couldn’t access the backend when this issue first happened.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Yes I had spoken to them when this issue originated as I wanted to make sure I wasn’t exceeding any quota or had any restrictions etc before reaching out to you guys. They said no there were no restrictions on my account or a limit for the number of emails that could be sent.

    Yes I am still in need of assistance with this problem. A lot of emails are still not being sent to customers or to my client for notification of new order etc.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Yes I am using the WooCommerce Lottery & Lottery Pick Number Modification plugins from WPGenie to extend the functionality of WooCommerce to cater for a competition style website.

    There have been a number of instances where a user has purchased a ticket to enter into a competition and they have got an email which confirms their entry and the order number they have is the same as another customer order. [See screenshot attached]

    The strange thing is that when I go into orders there is only one order and no record of the other order even under a different name or ticket number etc.

    The plugin will not allow you to buy a ticket without creating an account so I am finding it rather strange that these customers can’t log in to the site to view orders and neither can I for that matter. It’s not even creating an account on the site so it makes me think there is an issue with WooCommerce.

    I have sent screenshots showing the issue and hope you can shed some light on this issue.
