i think you’re right, there a lot of chances it is a Loco translate bug.

as said in another thread : the antispam soft installed on mail servers could tag your form mail as spam if the sender is not from the same domain name ; Contact form 7 used to throw mails without errors but in the end i think it’s a good practice.

it is not important if the email doesn’t exist, contact form 7 wants this, just give it to him and it works ; the email is not checked for existence.

it’s not what i meant, i checked my website with a link checker (xenu) and it appears there is a link to the woff2 file which is not installed in your directory plugin, so it throws a 404 error (see my first post)
