In reply to: [Simple Like Page Plugin] update to 1.5 disable show_postswell, i dont have time to measure the weight of the 1.4.1 version at the moment, i think the developer is also “under the flow”, get noticed that it’s a free plugin…
good day

In reply to: [Simple Like Page Plugin] update to 1.5 disable show_postshi, you could try Johanna’s solution but when the code is generated choose the iframe version and copy paste it in your page (before pasting i would click on text version instead of visual)

In reply to: [Simple Like Page Plugin] update to 1.5 disable show_postsHi,
normally from the plugin page just go to the very end of the page, under Contributors & Developers click on Read more then on Browse the code then click on Tags and there you have old versions, but on this plugin you don’t see 1.4.1 version…As for the developpers facebook plugin i use the iframe version, simpler for the lazy, just copy paste wherever you want.
I’m just not so happy to see almost 600kb used in facebook js scripts, have a test in gtmetrix.com ??Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OnePress] Gallery image size : gtmetrix not happyhi,
no i used
wp media regenerate --yes ID_OF_THE_IMAGES
from wp-cli
it is very useful because i only needed to regenerate 10 pictures of all, as i also have another gallery page on the same website which i didn’t need them to be resized.
But you could as well use regenerate thumbnails plugin.Forum: Themes and Templates

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] exclude categoryHello,
thanks a lot, found it ??For the record :
it’s on step 2 when you create or modify an automatic newsletter and insert the last content bloc just choose the categories you want to send.hi,
i’m afraid it doesn’t (didn’t test it) prevent wpscan and friends doing their job giving user names.have a good day
hi again,
there is All in one wp security plugin which can help to hide users, after installation (not sure if it’s wise to install both of them… devs will tell…) go to miscellaneous then user enumeration and check disable user enumeration check again your website with wpscan and voilà, it’s gone! For the records
hi,
i was also disappointed when i noticed that wpscan (opensource exploit scanner) could list users
wpscan –url ADDRESS-OF-YOUR-SITE –enumerate u
BUT it seems most of hacking robots test for ‘admin’ users and the rest are normally blocked by your bruteforce protection plugin…

In reply to: [Simple Cache] Aggregate css, js and dealing with cachethanks for the quick answer.
Do you mean clearing AO cache was non-effective or clearing Simple Cache?
i was using another browser which was not logged in (firefox for developpment and chrome for testing) and there wasn’t you comment tag in the source.
which css/js “merger” would you recommend ?
