ISSUE RESOLVED!
I disabled the lazy load image option of the theme, and now it works as expected with safari.

Im using the latest version of the Flatsome Theme, and wordpress 5.8.1

As you suggested i had an unattended page with the [adverts_add] shrotcode. Got rid of it and havent received any spam ads since then.
