Having the same problem as @zack, except that I am upgraded to WP 3.4, Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.5.4 and GF SF Add-on Version 1.1.3.

Go ahead and proceed with the Amazon instructions. Once you complete the Amazon instructions and load your keys for that, see if the error goes away.
