Note:
I’ve created a staging website and deactivated every plugin apart from Oxygen and Relevanssi. It appears as though deactivating ACF Pro allows two more pages through, obviously evertyhing else is broken at that point but indexed documents goes from 6 to 8. It’s still not near all of them, but I thought it was worth noting.
Edit:
If I deactivate Oxyen, I get the complete index generated and it returns exactly what I need. I know you claim compatibility with Oxygen, but something must be off…
