Any updates on this problem?
BTW, even though I’ve not been paid and the customer has not been charged, Woocommerce allows the customer to download the products.
Hi, I’m using Woocommerce

In reply to: Youtube dimensions not workingI have spoken many times in the last few days to Avada support and they tell me it is definitely wordpress that has caused this issue, not them.
They even went to the trouble of going through my site.
If I use Fusion Builder, which is their formatting plugin then I can easily do the youtube dimensions, but just adding media using the wordpress way gives me the huge youtube size.
Please advise.

In reply to: Youtube dimensions not workingI’ll try but I’m not using the theme to embed the videos.

In reply to: Youtube dimensions not workingThere must be a way inside wordpress to manipulate dimensions via an embed or using html etc.
How did the standard width and height settings stop working inside wordpress?

In reply to: Youtube dimensions not workingI’m using Avada which is a premium theme, I did think of that but could see nothing in the settings for me to be able to control the dimensions when using a standard wordpress blog setting.
Avada uses Fusion Builder and I’m sure I can do it that way but it is over 100 blogs with youtube videos and I just do not have the time.
I’ll try it, thank you
I have not had time to do that yet because another Jetpack module stopped me editing pages, posts, products.
This time it is the Shortcode embeds.
I have deactivated it.
Why have you marked this issue resolved?
I installed and activated your plugin, then an hour or so later I went to add a new product, we use woocommerce.
I made the product page, went to save and…nothing, it would not do anything.
Being a scientific type I deactivated your Getresponse plugin and I could save the new product page.
I then re-activated your plugin then made some minor changes to a blog and tried to save and…nothing again.
So on my site at least it is interfering with both Woocommerce and WordPress.
I deleted via FTP and reinstalled.
Nice and easy once you instructed me, thanks.

In reply to: Dashboard FrozenI’ve tried it on FF and Chrome.
I deleted history etc, but to no avail.
I have not tried deactivating the plugins yet, that is my next job.
