Thanks, I just tested again and was able to identify the root cause. So as it seems the Stripe Payment Extension is responsible for this. If I use another payment gateway, I don’t receive the email twice. And if I check the order notes processed with Stripe, I can see that the payment event is there twice which I think causes that the order is set to completed twice and therefore Woocommerce send the email twice as well. However, in my Stripe account I can see that it only charges the amount once.

What could cause this problem?

thanks a lot for the reply. I just installed the plugin and had a look. Yes the email gets send twice and is exactly identical. As you can see, two go to the customer and two to the admin.

In the Logs, it doesn’t mention fatal errors, but I noticed that always when I order something, a log called “woocommerce-gateway-stripe” gets generated.

Hello, thanks for the response. I do refer to the rest such as the affiliate dashboard itself. I already tried to translate the plugin with the method like mentioned at the link, but it seems my WordPress doesn’t use the German translation files, even if the site is set to German.
