In my case there was a Wordfence IP block in place that was preventing the process that checks for emails to be sent. Not sure if that applies to you though. Since this is a resolved issue now, you may want to open a new issue for your situation. Good luck.

FYI I’ve now received 2 emails saying “Hello! To confirm your email address and activate your MailPoet account, please follow the link below.” When I click on the link in either email I go to a page that just has the word “please…” at the top.

My site was also totally down after the 4.7 update, but I was able to follow the linked instructions to deactivate all the plugins using phpMyAdmin (which I’d never touched before!), then reactivated them one by one.
This time I did the plugin update to Jetpack before reactivating, and I think that was what made the difference. Everything is reactivated and the site is good. Thanks

I do not see any zip files in the plugins directory. I do have 2 .zip files in wp-content/updraft. Their file names are the same as the ones now being quarantined by our host, but these are from 2014-12-04. Other than that the directory is mostly a bunch of logs. Is that directory redundant with plugins/updraftplus? That seems to be where the zip file is going every night after the backup?

Today our newsletters appear as if they are going out, but the Sendgrid dashboard shows no emails have been sent today, and the Mailpoet Stats view for the email shows no stats to report. When I try to send previews I do not receive them.
I have not changed any Mailpoet settings. What is the next step to resolve?
