Please ignore this request. I realised that the content Hide/Reveal arrow at the top of the box had been clicked and caused the content of the box to disappear, but the box itself did not hide.

Maybe something to look at?

Hi Jason,

I had already visited the Local Backups page, but that didn’t seem to create the folder, so I decided to create a backup.

I can see why your team may have decided to create the decryption options only after backups have been made, however for smoother use and navigation of the plugin I would recommend that something be directly visible in the dashboard area once ANY TYPE of backup is created.

I really appreciate the speedy response mate, thanks, and that seems to have done the trick.

It’s worth noting to anyone reading this post however, that I had not been using the local backup function (was using the email backup option) and so the backup folder that you described

was not visible

UNTIL I thought to do a manual local backup, and this then created the Backup folder in the correct location on the file structure.

Hi Jason,

Marikenf has described the exact problem that I’m having which is how to decrypt an encrypted file, as there doesn’t seem to be a page or button to do that on the plugin (that I can see).
The extended explanation that you redirected him to assumes that a person has been able to decrypt their file.

The menu options that he has described appear exactly the same for me.

Any further thoughts?

Thanks for your response, however I’m not seeing a ‘Trouble Logging In’ on that webpage. I can see the option to Change Password, but that’s it.

I simply see the Home button and FAQ button, and then a few options on the vertical sidebar menu.

Am I missing something?
