@filipv that’s correct you need to use shortcode to show toggle in specific places or you can just add an element with ‘wp-night-mode’ class.

Yes, I plan to continue developing the plugin, depending on my available time in the future.
I will be releasing a new update soon in which I will fix these few bugs that exist, and then there should be another update with a few new features.

Yes there is a way to make similar transition on switching between dark and light modes.
