Thanks for your reply, but i’m not sure it addresses the situation i’ve described.

The website’s domain matches the domain of the email address I provided 100%, yet it says “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site”.

Same problem here, v8.0 and WP 3.3.1 in multisite.

The site running the plugin gave this error:
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

That really helped, thank you! It would be nice if this became a setting in WP’s admin. When using (lots of) parent/child categories, it becomes quite a mess when WP moves the selected ones to the top…

I’ve tried this plugin with 2 separate WP 2.8.4 installs, and nothing happened when i tried to duplicate pages (except for a blank screen).

I had the same problem.

What worked for me:
My website was running on a php4 webserver. After it was transferred to a php5 machine, the sitemap was created perfectly. Apparently it needs php5.
